Hypnosis - What will happen?
What happens during hypnosis?
It is where we are able to get in touch with our subconscious mind and allow ourselves to become clearer and more mentally aware of our surroundings.
When you are being guided by a Hypnotherapist, they will gently take you to that state, giving you a chance to observe your own surroundings in your subconscious mind and either make changes to or learn from the memories.
You will never be out of control, because each of us has an internal physician or observer that will protect you.
Our brains will not allow us to be in danger of manipulation, unless that is what you want.
It is a focused state of concentration. Consider this fact; each of us goes in and out of it almost every 90 minutes of our waking lives.
We do this anywhere from a split second (un-noticeable to most of us) to minutes at a time.
Remember when we were children and would daydream?
That is it also; we just drift off and focus on one particular thing.
It is a focused state of concentration, even if you feel you are not concentrating.
It is a trance like state of mind that we go in and out of all through the day.
